Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan with Oreo cookies.
- In a bowl, beat sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix in the sour cream.
- Sift together dry ingredients. Alternate adding them with coffee.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 26-28 minutes.
- Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes in the cake.
- Whisk pudding mix and milk, then pour over warm cake.
- Refrigerate until pudding is firm.
- Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over cake.
- Crush cookies, Oreos, and brownies; sprinkle over cake.
- Drizzle with hot fudge sauce.
Notes
Poke holes while the cake is warm so the pudding soaks in better. Chill the mixing bowl before making whipped cream for better texture.
