- ½ cup Italian dressing
- ⅓ cup ranch dressing
- 4 thinly sliced chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 ounces Provolone cheese, shredded or diced
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together Italian dressing and ranch dressing.
- Add chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix Provolone cheese, Parmesan cheese, and ranch dressing.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- In a small bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and melted butter. Stir well.
- Preheat broiler on low and place the rack in the middle.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil, and cook chicken for 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Spread cheese sauce evenly over each piece of chicken.
- Sprinkle Parmesan crust mixture on top.
- Broil for 5-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
