Instructions
- Pat the salmon cubes dry with a paper towel.

- Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil and massage it into the salmon.
- Heat a heavy skillet with 1 tbsp oil.
- Add salmon cubes in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping often until crispy.
- Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining salmon.
- In the same skillet, add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Sauté for 1 minute, then stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the crispy salmon to the skillet and toss well with the sauce.
- Serve over steamed rice and garnish with sesame seeds and chives.
Notes
