Description

Quick and easy, Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes is a one-skillet dinner loaded with flavor. Perfect for busy weeknights!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup garlic parmesan wing sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  • Place chicken in a bowl and potatoes in another bowl.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of oil to each bowl and toss.
  • Mix paprika, poultry seasoning, and black pepper. Divide the mix between chicken and potatoes.
  • Roast potatoes at 400°F for 20 minutes (air fryer or oven).
  • Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked (7–10 minutes).
  • Add butter and garlic to the skillet; stir until fragrant.
  • Toss in roasted potatoes and mix with garlic parmesan sauce.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella, cover, and let the cheese melt.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Substitute chicken tenderloins with thighs or breasts.
  • Baby potatoes can be replaced with diced Yukon Gold or red potatoes.
