Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies are a simple yet delicious cookie recipe. With fun colorful sprinkles in the batter and M&M candy, kids will love these cookies! These cookies are moist and cake-like thanks to the boxed cake mix.

- 1 box Funfetti Cake Mix (such as Betty Crocker)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 3–4 tbsp sprinkles
- 1 – 1/3 cup M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix, oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Stir in sprinkles and M&Ms.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Press additional M&Ms on top if desired.
- Bake for 6-7 minutes until edges start to brown slightly.
- Let cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. To freeze, shape dough into balls, freeze for 30 minutes, then store in a freezer bag. Bake frozen cookies with an extra 1-2 minutes of baking time.
