Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box Funfetti Cake Mix (such as Betty Crocker)
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 34 tbsp sprinkles
  • 11/3 cup M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, oil, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Stir in sprinkles and M&Ms.
  4. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Press additional M&Ms on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 6-7 minutes until edges start to brown slightly.
  7. Let cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. To freeze, shape dough into balls, freeze for 30 minutes, then store in a freezer bag. Bake frozen cookies with an extra 1-2 minutes of baking time.
