½ Cup Whipped Cream Cheese Spread

12 oz Vanilla Almond Bark

Green Gel Food Coloring

18 Red Heart Sprinkles


Instructions

  • Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  • Combine Oreo crumbs and cream cheese in a bowl until fully blended.
  • Roll 1 ½ tablespoons of the mixture into smooth balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Microwave the almond bark in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add green gel food coloring and mix.
  • Dip chilled truffles into the melted almond bark, letting excess drip off. Top with red heart sprinkles and refrigerate for 30 minutes until hardened.
