Description
A fun and festive no-bake Easter dessert made with layers of creamy pudding, crushed Oreos, and adorable decorations like Peeps and pastel M&Ms!

- 1 package (15.5 oz) Oreo cookies (crushed, filling included)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 3/4 cups milk (any variety)
- 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 12 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 cup pastel M&Ms (for garnish)
- 20 PEEP marshmallows (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and instant chocolate pudding mix until smooth and thick.
- Add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well blended.
- Fold in the Cool Whip gently.
- Spread half of the crushed Oreos at the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the cookie layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Just before serving, decorate with pastel M&Ms and marshmallow Peeps.
Notes
This dessert can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours before serving.
