- 2 cups milk (non-fat, reduced fat, or whole milk)
- 1 ⅓ cups flour
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ⅓ tsp salt
- Butter for greasing the pan
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (except butter) together until smooth. Use a blender for quicker results.
- Heat a lightly buttered frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan and tilt it in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly.
- Cook for about 1 minute per side, or until lightly golden. Repeat until all the batter is used.
- Serve warm with your favorite fillings.
Notes
You only need to grease the pan before cooking the first crepe. After that, the butter in the batter prevents sticking. For a dairy-free option, substitute butter with coconut oil.
