Description

These light and delicious French sweet crepes are easy to make and customizable with your favorite fillings. Perfect for breakfast or dessert!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (non-fat, reduced fat, or whole milk)
  • 1 ⅓ cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • Butter for greasing the pan

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except butter) together until smooth. Use a blender for quicker results.
  2. Heat a lightly buttered frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan and tilt it in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly.
  4. Cook for about 1 minute per side, or until lightly golden. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite fillings.

Notes

You only need to grease the pan before cooking the first crepe. After that, the butter in the batter prevents sticking. For a dairy-free option, substitute butter with coconut oil.
