- 3 tbsp onion soup mix (1 packet)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 10 oz egg noodles (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Spray the crockpot with non-stick spray.
- Add the browned ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic to the slow cooker.
- Stir well and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- 30 minutes before the cooking time is up, stir in the sour cream.
- Prepare the egg noodles according to the package directions.
- Serve the creamy beef stroganoff over a bed of egg noodles and enjoy.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, add a cornstarch slurry. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze without sour cream for up to 3 months. Reheat and stir in the sour cream before serving.
