- 8 tbsp salted butter, softened

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, orange jello powder, and orange zest.
- Add softened butter and eggs, then mix until smooth.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion dough, rolling each into a ball and spacing 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes, until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Let cool on baking sheets for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
