Description

A quick, delicious, and healthy Chicken Avocado Wrap packed with protein, creamy avocado, and fresh ingredients. Perfect for busy weekdays or light dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, sliced horizontally
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded fontina or white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup garlic aioli (or garlic mayo)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
  • Optional: Lettuce or spinach, crispy bacon, sliced hardboiled eggs, tomato slices

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat with vegetable oil. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Once done, cut the chicken into strips and set aside.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of cheese to the center of each tortilla. Layer chicken strips, drizzle with garlic aioli, sprinkle cilantro, and top with avocado slices.
  5. Fold like a burrito and grill for 2-3 minutes to achieve crispy edges.
  6. Slice in half and serve warm with lemon wedges.

Notes

For best results, use ripe but firm avocados and fresh ingredients. Customize with your favorite add-ins like crispy bacon or roasted veggies.
