- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 large croissants (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 cups fresh mixed berries
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for garnish)
Instructions
- Grease a 9×11-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream, mixing until fully combined.
- Place croissant pieces in the baking dish and sprinkle fresh berries over the top.
- Pour the custard mixture evenly over the croissants and berries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove cover and bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
